how can a toy car run off of any water( fresh,salt,sea) i want to make this car for a science fair….does it need electrolysis…if it does how can i capture the hydrogent to power the toy car with a motor?? how can hydrogen power a motor for a toy car

Burn the hydrogen to heat water, make steam to drive a turbine.
Either use the turbine as the motive force for your car, or have it drive a dynamo to power an electric car. If you want to be really clever, charge batteries from the dynamo, so that energy is not wasted when the car is static. (it’s easier to run the turbine/generator at a constant speed and control the current from the battery to regulate the speed of the car.
Or, if you want to be really ambitious, look up heat engines or Sterling engines
