I have heard about people who are building hydrogen injection kits for cars that inject hydrogen into your intake manifold. They are all promising a 25% to 50% increase in gas mileage with these systems. Has anybody here tried this? What kind of long term affects can I expect one of these kits to have on my engine?

they are all crap and do nothing more than lighten your wallet.do not use anything with water in your car unless you like to pay for big repairs.
Yes… I am currently running two hydrogen units on my 6.0 litre diesel F250. I built these myself as the ones you find on ebay and such don’t make enough hydrogen to make that much of a difference. On the interstate at 70mph my truck used to get 15.5. It now gets 23.5. It’s made a pretty big difference. As far as long term affects on the engine, I’m not sure yet as I have only been running this system for about four months. I have noticed that my truck seems to run smoother and quieter. Also, in the past when I Romped down on it to pass someone it used to blow out black smoke. It doesn’t smoke any more which tells me that I don’t have a bunch of unburnt fuel deposits in my exhaust. I’m very pleased with the results thus far and I am having some more plates made so I can add some more units. Hope this helps you.
Yes, They work, see the article I wrote about my own experience with the system at
