Have you ever noticed how all of the eco friendly (i mean really eco friendly) cars look like pea pods? or space ships? or something that doesn’t look like anything in the natural world? Why can’t we make a totally eco friendly car, like a hydrogen car, electric car, or the new car that runs on air, to LOOK like a normal car?

SOME MORE INPUT: All of these extra tiny cars are NOT good! They are deathtraps! Unless you’re driving them in the big city, and even then, you can get crushed by any given car. I love the SMART car, I think they’re cute, but that’s as far as it goes. Cuteness.

I want to save loads of energy but IDK where I can rent a car that is powered by hydrogen. PLEASE TELL ME!!!

i want to know how to make a model hydrogen powered car

- Electrics have problems with recharge time and distance limits.
- Hybrids are nice but still use gas. Better fuel?
- Bio-diesel is ok but can we create enough oil?
- BMW is using Hydrogen but it is costly to produce and dangerous.

I have two ideas:
1. A different kind of Hybrid car. Human / Electric. Batteries run the motor but the car only runs if a person is pedaling to spin a generator to feed the batteries. It should also be able to be plugged in for over night recharging.
Solves two problems: Distance and weight loss.

2. Bio-diesel / Electric Hybrid with solar panels and a plug.
Electric as the main source. Plug in is more efficient that burning gas for recharging. Solar, why not use it to recharge when possible. Bio-diesel because when you have to go to it, it still burns cleaner than gas.

So again what are your ideas. Just curious. Thanks.

If you went to college, and learned things from teachers and text books, then I do not want your opinions.

Has anyone here bought a hydro-booster, or anything to do with running your car using water?

I am interested in buying a hydrogen booster but do not know wich ones achieve the most results.

The goal is that when you put the water inside of the box, with the electric current running through it, it seperates the hydrogen and oxygen. The hyrdogen is then directed through your air intake, then into your engine where it is burned with the gasoline, and tells your fuel injection system that your engine should cut back on the gas, since it is being burned more efficiently. I saw one at hydranox5000.com and a lot of other ones through stanleymeyer.com

I haven’t found anyone to personally talk to.

Would like to know the manufacturing process and energy source – solar, wind. Interested in the associated economics and the timing for the US and world to be able to completely convert from gasoline to hydrogen powered cars.

I drive only 5-20 miles a day, but part of that is on the highway at 70 mph. I need an electric car that can do decent speed, but I don’t have $100,000 for a Tesla.
When are the major manufacturers going to sever this incestuous relationship they have with the oil companies and start selling what folks like me need?
I’ll probably always have a fueled vehicle – nitrogen gas or hydrogen or fuel cell or biodiesel or even (gasp) gasoline – for long distance trips and hauling the family.
But for my daily drives to work and back, I don’t need capacity, or even much range, just reliability and speed. And I don’t seem to be alone – there are a lot of drivers on the road with me who are alone in their cars.
Does anyone have an idea when we might see a real “plug-in” car?

It is going to take 30 years to get a hydrogen car costing around $100k, by that time the world may be gone and so will oil, definately. Why didn’t we just keep funding research for technology we had 100 years ago? AKA electric cars?
